• Comment: Thank you Thompson's for quick response and resolution to our unfortunate situation with s faulty modem. Thompson's returned our call the same day and sent out a technician the next day, and we were back online. Thank you that was very much appreciated.
  
  Confirmed to change out their faulty equipment, made a 2.5 hrs drive amd was told they don't exchange equipment 🤬. They need to be all on the same page, my classes are online and this puts me back. So unacceptable.
