  • Comment: Hi. My Name is Brian and I have had such a great experience with Thompson. As a new homeowner I have been quite nervous about security and also having had a few bad experiences I was hesitant when two individuals showed up at my door. However that hesitancy turned to pleasant caution since there was no pushy salesman routine nor any pressure. Indeed they agreed to return at a more convenient time. Upon return I was again surprised to find a manager along for the ride. Very knowledgeable and personable, he was able to answer my questions easily and in a manner that I could understand instead of going off with a bunch of technical jargon. Long story short, I have decided to engage Thompson for my security needs and would ABSOLUTELY recommend anyone that is clueless or nervous to get in touch with these guys. If you want peace of mind along with your home security, you could not do much better than to talk with Torrence Green, Julie Mosley, or Randy Brooks... three very dedicated and customer oriented people that are supportive instead of pushy! A VERY refreshing and welcome experience.
