• Comment: We had just moved into our new home when we met Sales Rep Jason O'Conner. I had been looking for an alarm company to protect our investment and my family. I had looked into ADT, Ring, etc., etc.. There were so many types out there. Jason made the choice much simpler by asking us what we wanted and suggesting what would work for us. We scheduled the install for a few days later when I was available. I got a call on the install date from Installer David Theis. He said he would be at my house in 1/2 hour and he was there along with Sales Rep Jason who came out to make sure we were getting what we asked for and stayed for a while before having to head out to another appointment. The install took a while but David made sure that everything was working correctly and that we were satisfied with everything before leaving. Having to put up security cameras outside in windy and freezing 35* weather didn't look like fun, but David was very professional and respectful of my home and family. It's nice to know that Thompson Satellite & Security are a local company with their own workforce and they are just a phone call away if anything is needed. I would highly recommend Thompson's for your security needs. And and ask for Jason and David. They are both awesome!!
