• Comment: My experience with this company was excellent. I was trying to decide between ADT and Thompson. Here are the reasons I chose Thompson Security.
  1 It's a family run small business with excellent customer service. The owner Justin came to my house to do a thorough walk through and answered all my questions.
  2. My monthly service monitoring charge was significantly less than ADT.
  3. The young man that installed my system, Jordan, was A++++++++++.
  4. After having the system now for a few days, I can honestly say it works perfectly, its super easy to use and I feel SAFE.
  Finally, knowing I can contact this company and speak with the same few people every time I have an issue, and not some random person at a national call center with ADT, I chose Thompson.
  Oh, and their sign looks better than ADT!
